I use Pay Pal to securely process your payment. You do not need an account to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button beside the product you wish to purchase and follow the payment process on Pay Pal.

Shipping
I always take great care to package orders so you can be sure your items will arrive in good condition. I am conscious of the environment and try to reuse padded envelopes where possible, this does not effect the delivery of your item.
Orders are always packaged beautifully with plenty of padding where needed, a hand written note and a little surprise.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1 week, unless otherwise stated on the listing.
I ship UK orders via Royal Mail 1st class and Worldwide orders via Air Mail or Courier.
UK orders should arrive within 1 week and Worldwide orders within 2 weeks.
Please check your countries customs policy before ordering large or high value artwork. I cannot take responsibility for customs charges should your order be charged in your country.
Returns
If you choose to cancel your order, provided it is not a special custom order you may cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing me.
Products must be sent back in their original packaging, in the condition they were sold in. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any other customs fees incurred.
Once I have been notified of the decision to cancel, you will be reimbursed your order total minus postage costs, within 14 days of my receiving the goods back. Payment will be refunded using the same method you paid with.
If the product/s arrive damaged, you must notify me within 14 days and arrange to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. In this circumstance, your total order, plus postage costs will be reimbursed, via the same method you purchased with.
Unfortunately I cannot except cancellations on commissions due to the nature of the product.
